Over the past year, I’ve done a deep dive into shooting 35mm film. The first film camera I purchased as an adult was a Rollei Flash 35mm (it’s a clunker!). After shooting a few rolls and enjoying it, I quickly realized that I couldn’t always rely on my pinky finger to serve as a closure for the batteries. So, I purchased an Olympus-Pen, a half-frame camera. Now, this camera is my baby! Because it’s a half-frame I’m able to shoot 72 photos on one roll! So plenty of room for me to get creative and tell stories with my photography. The last camera I purchased was my wide lens Nikon AF600. I usually travel with this one because it is automatic and has a 28mm lens. It’s simple, durable, and sleek.
